You can cancel your order any time before we ship it out. After you receive the confirmation email/text with the tracking number it means your package is in a route already and we are not able to process cancelation.
For in store purchases, you have 14 days to return the product. Just simply bring it back to the spa location for a refund or replacement. Reminder, the products that you would like to return need to be unopened, not damaged, in it’s original packaging and you need a receipt of the transaction. The return fee will go to the original form of payment.
For online purchases please email us as soon as you receive your package. If the item you have purchased arrived damaged and you reported the issues to Atelier Beaute within 1 day form the delivery date we will be responsible for return shipping costs.
On a preference based return, customer would be responsible for the fee of the return shipping label. Return/exchange can be done at Atelier Beaute spa location so the shipping cost would be avoided.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept open or used products. If you are not sure what products will fit your skin type you can schedule a free consultation with our team members or you can reach us at (718)-388-1021, before your purchase.

All orders purchased from Monday through Friday before 12 pm EST with the processed payment, will be shipped out the same business day. If the product is out of stock or on backorder we will contact you right way to inform you on the estimated delivery.
Delivery date may vary on delivery location, time and day of the week the order was placed, method of delivery, and the items that have been purchased. Atelier Beaute Is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or shipper related issues. We strongly suggest to purchase in Route insurance at checkout to protect your package and being able to track it.
Based on availability we add samples with all orders. Please leave us a note if you would like to receive a specific sample, if we have it in stock we will add it to your order.
Atelier Beaute Team loves its’ clients and makes sure to pack their good with extra care so it can arrive in perfect condition from us to your home. However, once your order has left Atelier Beaute, it is in the care of UPS. Atelier Beaute is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS and their customer service department at 1 (800) 742-5877.
We strongly suggest to purchase in ROUTE carrier insurance available at checkout to be able to track and insure your package. We are happy to work with Route and take safe delivery to the next level providing you the satisfaction of shopping with us.

We strongly recommend adding package protection to your order at check out.
The cost of the package protection is 1.95 c on orders 100$ and less. Orders of more than 100$ the cost is 3% of the total cost of the purchase.
If you choose not to purchase a package protection plan, please be aware that Atelier Beaute is not responsible for lost or damaged orders.
